What's your life story?

I want to introduce a friend to you called Caique (pronounced: Kia-ick-ee)...

He has a sad but inspiring story...
Caique has no parents, he has HIV/AIDS. He has been in care since he was two. He was raised in the Refuge House (YWAM house for children with HIV/AIDS), until a year ago (He is now 12). He has now been moved to the Restoration house to live with other boys that have been taken off the street...as there were too many children in the Refuge house that all need a lot of care. Boys that come to the Restoration house stay until they are put back with their families, other family members or old enough and stable enough to live on their own (btw - most street children actually do have families and homes to live in, it is just not always the best thing for them when they are younger). Caique - has no where to go when he turns 18 years old. Luckily he has supporters that pay for his numerous amounts of medication he needs - but no one knows how long they will work for...

He is a happy boy - that jokes and likes to play uno, and likes lots of attention, he is also a typical boy that hates tidying his bedroom!!  He never moans about his situation or that his life is not fair. He knows the love of Jesus - who really is the only stable thing/person in his life (there is a big turn over of staff within some of the houses here YWAM have in Brazil - only a few stay for 5+ years, but it does vary)

He inspires me...to not complain about my life or when I'm poorly, but to enjoy the life I have been given and live it to the full...
